Days 1-30: The Foundations( Security and Logistics
- Confirm your coverage: double-check that your Medicare or private health supplement plans are active. Keep your id card in a dedicated “ retirement folder”
- Automate your income: ensure your Social Security or pension direct deposit are hitting the correct accounts.
- The “Dry run” Budget: live on your retirement budget for the first month track any “hidden” cost you might have missed while working
- Digital Cleanup:”Transition any personal accounts(banking, health portals) away from your old work email to a secure personal one.

Days 31-60 The Rhythm( Health and Routine)
- Schedule a “Welcome to Medicare” visit: if need book your initial wellness exam to establish a baseline with your doctor.
- Audit your Activity: Retirement shouldn’t be sedentary frond one physical activity you enjoy— whether it’s a daily walk, a local gym class, or gardening.
- Fine your “Third Place”: identify a spot outside the home where you feel connected— a library, a coffee shop, or a community center.
- Review your Legacy: take a quick look at your will or trust. Do your beneficiaries still reflect your current wishes.

Days 61-100: the future (Purpose & Passion)
- The “Passion Project” Brainstorm: what is the thing you always said you would do”if there was time”? Write it down and take the first step toward it.
- Social Re-Connection: Reach out to one person a week for lunch or coffee. Maintaining a social circle is the #1 key to longevity
- Travel or Hobby Planning: Map out a major trip or hobby investment for the upcoming year now that you know your cash flow
- Check-in with your Advisor: That could beMe! (Review the first 90 days. Does your plan need a tune-up based on your actual spending and health needs
